BBC Northern Ireland's coverage of the 2008 North West 200 will feature two races live on television behind the red button for the first time on 17 May. A Superbike race and a Supersport event will be shown on BBCi interactive tv.
Coverage will also include television and radio preview programmes on Friday, a dedicated North West 200 website and live internet and radio coverage.
One-hour highlights programmes of the meeting will be broadcast on Sunday 18 May and Monday 19 May on BBC1 NI.
The practice nights on Tuesday 13 May and Thursday 15 May wil again be streamed live on the internet and Radio Ulster MW will have live commentary on the final practice on Thursday night.
There will be a live webchat with star riders on Wednesday night and national highlights of the event broadcast across the UK on Sunday 25 May on BBC2.
The local television highlights programmes will be shown at 2220 BST on Sunday 18 May and 2100 BST the following night.
Viewers will have a full week to review the highlights courtesy of the new BBC iPlayer service.
There will be seven hours of live radio coverage on the big day on BBC Radio Ulster.
All this, plus live reports on BBC Newsline and BBC Radio Ulster's sport bulletins throughout the week.
