Finnegan to ride Yamaha in 2008

Martin Finnegan rode an MV Agusta during the 2007 season

Martin Finnegan has signed a deal to ride for the Ballymoney-based JMF Millsport Yamaha team next season.

The Dubliner competed for the MV Agusta team in 2007 but he has opted to move to the Northern Ireland-based outfit.

Finnegan's main events next year will be the North West 200, the Isle of Man TT and the Ulster Grand Prix.

The 28-year-old has been a regular winner in Irish Championship races but he has yet to claim a win at any of the big three International events.
