Stoke have enlisted the help of Redcar skipper and the former World Champion Gary Havelock as cover for the injured Jason Bunyan. The Potters hope Havelock can help end a run of just one win in their opening seven meetings when they entertain Birmingham on Saturday. Team manager Malcolm Vasey said: "We need to get stuck in to Birmingham early on, they are a very good." Stoke Potters lost to Birmingham on Wednesday night 65-29 The Brummies are led by Steve Johnston and Jason Lyons while they receive good solid support from Chris Kerr, Richard Sweetman and Aaron Summers. In reserve Birmingham have Justin Sedgmen who has been in superb form this season and most recently top scored for the Brummies in their victory at Sheffield on Thursday when they gained a 41-52 win. Birmingham have only lost once this season going down to a narrow 47-43 defeat at Rye House.
