Currie will return to the Snetterton Circuit on Saturday

Jersey's Rob Currie will make his return to action this weekend in the MRO Morello Powerbikes series.

After a five month off-season period, Currie start his fourth year of racing with the British Motorcycle Racing Club on Saturday, 27 March.

The Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk will host the second round, where Currie will ride his Grafters GSX-R.

"It's going to be hard to getting back in the groove having not ridden for so long," Currie told BBC Radio Jersey.

"But I have two days of practice before the weekend to help get me back."

Currie finished third place in last year's championship.
