Jersey ladies beat Guernsey 3-2 in the inter-insular tie |
Jersey ladies came from 1-0 down at the break to beat Guernsey 3-2 in the annual inter-insulars. But a late goal in the men's clash handed Guernsey the victory, after they grabbed a stoppage time winner from a penalty corner. Jersey had earlier come from behind to level at 2-2, with goals from Bobby Minty and Simon Hurry. Captain Mark Dicker told BBC Jersey: "I thought we'd done enough to get the draw but it wasn't to be."
