Jersey's women beat Guernsey to claim the ABN AMRO Islands Tournament

Jersey's men and women's hockey teams won the ABN AMRO Islands Hockey Tournament this weekend.

Jersey's men defeated the Isle of Man 3-0 in the final with Bermuda taking bronze after they defeated Guernsey.

While Jersey's women's team went through the tournament undefeated beating Guernsey in the final 3-1.

Island women's captain Clare Pettitt told BBC Jersey that games against Guernsey always have that extra feeling and intensity.

"It's always has a bit of history, they fought really hard so it was great to get the win over them."
