Jersey have moved into third in National League Three after a 45-nil win over Sutton and Epsom at St Peter. Three tries in the first half to the Island side, a single to Charlie Clyde Smith and a pair to Ed Dawson and Jersey were 19-0 at the break. Second half tries to Ashley Elphinstone, Donovan Saunders, Marcus Nobes and Steve O'Brian gave Jersey a valuable bonus point. Head coach Ben Harvey was pleased with the sides effort. "Terrific effort by our guys; we've got a very strong squad this year and I didn't really see any bad performances out there which is great, it all bodes well." Jersey are third with eleven points only two behind leaders Havant. Jersey's next match is against eleventh placed Diss at home next Saturday.
