Plymouth Devils are now within touching distance of retaining the National Trophy after Friday night's win over Buxton at the St Boniface Arena. The Devils now lead Weymouth by three points in the table and have a far superior race points difference. Plymouth only need one point from their remaining two Trophy matches to claim the title for the second year. Seemond Stephens was on top form against Buxton, with 18 points, while Kyle Hughes weighed in with 17.
