Plymouth Devils suffered their first defeat of this year's National Trophy at Mildenhall on Sunday. Weymouth's 52-43 defeat by Buxton means the Devils stay top of the table on race points difference. Devil's skipper Seemond Stephens and Kyle Hughes both scored 15 points, with Paul Starke picking up seven points. A victory for the Devils over Buxton in their final home match on 16 October would see them retain the trophy for another season.
