Thirteen experts are giving up their spare time to visit jails across the country and pass on the benefit of their wisdom. After a few sessions they will be picking teams to take part in a national competition. A government spokesman admitted that hardened criminals would not be allowed to take part - in case they tried to escape. Those left behind will be allowed to bet on the outcome of games - and will no doubt tell the players what the score is going to be before the matches kick off.
