Shrewsbury have signed Steve Phillips on a one-month loan from Bristol Rovers to cover a goalkeeping crisis.
First-choice keeper Chris Neal is out for four weeks with a groin injury and Glyn Garner has a shoulder problem.
"I'm delighted we've been able to bring in an experienced keeper," Town boss Paul Simpson told the club's website.
The 31-year-old ex-Bristol City player, who has lost his place at Rovers to Fraser Forster, was recently transfer-listed at his own request.
