Riza has made three substitute appearances this season
Shrewsbury Town striker Omer Riza will be out for up to three months with an ankle injury.
The 29-year-old, who previously played for Turkish side Trabzonspor, chipped a bone in his ankle in the 5-0 defeat at Dagenham & Redbridge last Tuesday.
Town boss Paul Simpson told the club's website: "It's a big blow to lose Omer for such a long period of time. We all wish him a speedy recovery."
Riza will undergo micro-fracture surgery on Wednesday.
