Gallen signs QPR deal
Kevin Gallen
Gallen has been in fine form this season
Kevin Gallen has signed an extension to his QPR contract, committing himself to the club until 2005.

Gallen is in his second spell at Loftus Road and has been in impressive form this season.

Gallen was one of the most highly-rated youngsters in the country during the early 1990s.

But, a serious knee injury halted Gallen's progress in 1996 and after that he struggled to make an impact at Rangers.

He fell out of favour with former R's boss Gerry Francis and left for Huddersfield in the summer of 2000.

The former England Under-21 international later joined Barnsley, before rejoining Rangers - the club he has always supported - in November 2001.
