Charlton's Izale McLeod signs for Peterborough on loan
Mcleod joined Charlton from the MK Dons in 2007
Peterborough United have signed Charlton striker Izale McLeod on loan until the end of the season.
McLeod, 25, is yet to make an appearance at the Valley during the current campaign.
He has previously played for Derby, Milton Keynes, Colchester, Sheffield United and Millwall.
Posh boss Mark Cooper told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "He likes to run over the top and get on the shoulder of people and get through one on one."
Posh came close to signing McLeod in January 2007 when he was with Milton Keynes.
Director of football Barry Fry at the time claimed they had a £1m offer rejected.
Meanwhile, Galway United striker Aaron Greene, 19, has joined Peterborough on a free transfer, whilst defender Krystian Pearce has been recalled by parent club Birmingham.
