Peterborough United midfielder Tommy Rowe says press reports over Posh boss Darren Ferguson's future at the club is not a distraction for the players.
Earlier this week, press reports claimed Ferguson was on the verge of losing his job at London Road.
"We've got a good relationship with the gaffer and he keeps us in the loop," Rowe told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"There are no secrets because this is the sort of club where the players know what's going on."
Both Ferguson and chairman Darragh MacAnthony have dismissed the claims with the Posh boss describing the press reports as 'absolute rubbish'.
Rowe arrived at London Road from Stockport over the summer for an undisclosed fee.
He initially struggled to break into Ferguson's first XI, but has recently been handed a run of matches at left-back.

"It's not always nice to be in a side which isn't winning, but I came to this club to play football and I'm enjoying it," he said.
"Hopefully when we do get it right I'll be holding my position down and be part of a winning side."
