Luton Town have signed defender Dan Gleeson from Cambridge United on a two-year deal.
The 25-year-old right-back made 114 league appearances for Martin Ling's side but turned down an offer to stay at the Abbey.
Gleeson arrives at Kenilworth Road with seven England C caps to his name.
BBC Radio Cambridgeshire also understands that striker Danny Crow is on the verge of signing for the Hatters after a successful season with the U's.
Crow, 24, notched 22 goals in 48 league starts as Cambridge secured a mid-table finish.
In a busy day for the Hatters, the club has also confirmed that veteran striker Kevin Gallen has signed a new one-year contract.
The 34-year-old scored 18 times in 52 league games as Luton narrowly missed out on promotion from the Blue Square Premier.
