On-loan Lincoln City defender Josh Gowling has praised the impact new boss Steve Tilson has made on the Imps.
"He's a 'new school' manager - he knows how to treat the lads, and because he treats them so well, they want to play for him," the 26-year-old said.
"I've always wanted to work with him -he's a great manager," added Gowling, who is on loan from Gillingham.
Tilson has lost just one game in his first six matches as Lincoln boss since taking over at the League Two club.
