Leeds United have dismissed newspaper reports claiming Everton have agreed a £4m deal for midfielder Fabian Delph.
It was suggested on Wednesday that the 19-year-old was leaving Elland Road for Goodison Park.
But Leeds chief executive Shaun Harvey told his club's website: "At this stage of the year speculation is always rife, although it's never helpful.
"Despite the speculation, there have been no offers for Fab since the end of the season."
Delph signed a four-year contract last year and chairman Ken Bates has vowed to do whatever it takes to keep him at Leeds.
Bates revealed in January that he had already turned down two approaches for the highly-rated England Under-21 international.
Delph made 51 appearances in his first full season with the first-team squad as Leeds lost out in the League One play-offs.
