Kidderminster Harriers to keep striker James Lawrie
Lawrie missed a Harriers game to play for Northern Ireland's Under-21 side
Port Vale striker James Lawrie's loan at Kidderminster Harriers has been extended until the end of the season.
Lawrie, 19, out of contract at Port Vale this summer, has played five games for Harriers, scoring one goal.
Harriers manager Steve Burr has also agreed a loan extension with Derby County for keeper Ross Atkins.
"I've been delighted with them since they've been here. Port Vale have a call-back on James but both clubs were happy to keep them here," said Burr.
"Ross played very well for us in goal once again on Saturday and has done exceptionally well for us.
"Jamie went through a bit of a stop-start time of it when he first came.
"He's had to wait for his chance through no fault of his own. He's been patient and his attitude has been spot-on throughout."
Meanwhile, youngsters Nathan Hayward and Kyle Hadley have joined neighbours Redditch United.
"They're two young lads who need to play and I've wanted to let them out before," added Burr.
"Up until now the injury situation has meant we've been a bit threadbare on numbers but now that is starting to clear up. They'll go out effectively until the end of the season."
