Hereford United have named David Keyte as their new chairman, with Tim Russon taking over as vice-chairman.
The duo will take over from outgoing chairman Graham Turner and secretary Joan Fennessy with immediate effect.
Their first task will be to step-up the search for a new manager, with three names currently on their shortlist.
Hereford-born Keyte, an ex-Bulls player, said: "It's a dream come true. We want fans to enjoy football. We want fans be proud of their club."
