Hereford United have called a press conference for Friday 4 June when they hope to reveal the club's new chairman and vice-chairman.
The Edgar Street club's current chairman Graham Turner has been in extended talks with interested parties.
He and his vice-chairman Joan Fennessy announced in April they were putting their shares up for sale.
The deal would end Turner's 15-year spell at the club while Fennessy has spent 34 years at United.
