Daish feels he was hard done by against Rushden on Saturday
Ebbsfleet boss Liam Daish is hoping he will not face a touchline ban from the Blue Square Premier despite being sent off for the second time this season.
Daish, his assistant Alan Kimble and Rushden & Diamonds boss Garry Hill were all dismissed during the Fleet's 1-0 win on Saturday at Stonebridge Road.
The melee came after Rushden defender Simon Downer was sent off for a serious challenge on Fleet striker Luke Moore.
Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "We'll put a case forward, I've got witnesses."
He added: "I'm not having people coming into my technical area and getting in my face.
"I'm not going to repeat what he [Garry Hill] was saying. I haven't got a problem with that if he wants to do that in the pub or outside but don't [do it in] a protected area of a football ground.
The ref's made his decision, it'll be interesting to see what comes out of it
Rushden & Diamonds boss Garry Hill
"It isn't on, I thought I was a little bit hard done by."
After the game, Hill told BBC Radio Northampton: "It'll be interesting to see what comes out of the DVD.
"The referee has talked to certain officials and two people from their dug-out have been sent off. Then the referee has come and asked me to go to the stands.
"The ref's made his decision, it'll be interesting to see what comes out of it."
In October, Daish had to watch the second half of his side's defeat at Altrincham from outside the ground, following an incident in the players' tunnel.
New laws in the Blue Square Premier mean managers are not allowed to watch the rest of the game from the stands if they are sent-off.
Ebbsfleet's next game is away at Woking on Saturday at 1500 GMT. You can hear commentary through the BBC Radio Kent website - bbc.co.uk/kent
