Ebbsfleet United boss Liam Daish says his squad are well equipped to deal with the added expectation this season.

Last weekend Ebbsfleet added the Kent Senior Cup to the FA Trophy they won last season and are tipped to push for promotion in the Blue Square Premier.

Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "We've been successful over the last two years and expectations grow.

"I think I have got a group of players that know what winning's about - and it is a good blend at the moment."

He added: "I can see they have got that bit of desire, youth and they are driven by an appetite to carry on and win more."

The Fleet manager has already made it clear he believes his side are good enough to make the Blue Square Premier play-offs at least.
