Ebbsfleet manager Liam Daish insists this weekend's Blue Square Premier match with Oxford is not meaningless.

Fleet can finish seventh following Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Forest Green, who sit one place above them.

Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "Our home game against Oxford is still important. It makes this point against Forest Green big, we can still go above them."

The game against Rovers was the eighth in three weeks for the FA Trophy finalists due to a fixture backlog.

Ebbsfleet face Torquay in the final at Wembley on 10 May.
