Ebbsfleet's players will get to change in the England dressing room in the FA Trophy final against Torquay on 10 May.
The Fleet have also been given an initial 15,000 tickets for their first ever trip to Wembley.
The news comes following meetings between the club's officials and the Football Association.
Fleet chairman Brian Kilcullen told BBC Radio Kent: "Fans are talking about taking partners, families and friends, it'll be a big occasion."
Kilcullen also revealed Fleet had been allocated the west end of the stadium and had potential to take thousands more tickets after the initial 15,000 are sold.
"I believe we'll take a very, very big following to Wembley with the whole of Kent behind us and also the myfootballclub members from across the country and world," he said.
Ebbsfleet were taken over by the website myfootballclub earlier this year. The site has over 29000 members.
Tickets will go on sale at the club on 31 March at a cost of 25.
