Ebbsfleet United boss Liam Daish is confident his side are good enough to make the Blue Square Premier play-offs at the very least this season.
The FA Trophy winners finished seventh last season after faltering late on during a fixture backlog.
Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "Expectation has gone up.
"If we get a good start, keep people fit and get the right people in to build on what we've got, we can target a play-off place no problem."
Daish added: "That's what our target's got to be and if we can all strive to that and believe in that then we'll have half a chance."
