Chesterfield have offered new deals to four more players as they look to mount a League Two promotion bid next season.
Goalkeeper Tommy Lee, 23, midfielder Derek Niven and defenders Gregor Robertson and Danny Hall (all 25), have been offered new contracts.
Defender Aaron Downes, 23, and midfielder Lewis Montrose, 20, have already signed two-year contracts.
But striker Ben Algar and midfielders Lee Askham and Jamie Winter have been told their deals will not be renewed.
