Cheltenham Town have made former player Russell Milton manager of their centre of excellence after Ken Oram's exit.
Milton was at the club from 1997 to 2003, playing a big part in its rise alongside current manager Mark Yates.
"It's very important we work together and we'll be looking to improve the whole structure of the club," the 41-year-old said.
Milton will work alongside another ex-Robins player, John Brough, who becomes head of youth in the re-shuffle.
