Alsop's last Cheltenham goal was against Luton in April 2003
Julian Alsop has revealed he wants to overtake Martin Devaney's record of 38 goals and become Cheltenham's all-time top scorer in the Football League.
The 36-year-old, who is in his second spell with the club, is just two behind after scoring the winner at Rochdale.
"Baz [Barry Hayles] rolled it to me, I got off my wheel chair and rolled it in," he joked to BBC Gloucestershire.
"I want the record as a personal thing and if I get it the goals will help Cheltenham, that's what it's about."
Alsop has returned to playing in the League having spent last season with Cheltenham's non-league neighbours Bishop's Cleeve.
If I just come on for the last five minutes of every game this season then brilliant

And having previously been at Cheltenham between 2000 and 2003, Alsop is relishing his second chance at Whaddon Road, with the team up to third in the table.
"I'm just taking it as it comes, the gaffer [Martin Allen] is honest with me, I'm honest with the gaffer and they know I'm here," he said.
"If I just come on for the last five minutes of every game this season then brilliant, I've enjoyed it and hopefully we'll get a few wins.
"It's still early doors, it takes 10 games to settle down, so if we're still there after 10 games then brilliant."
