Commonly known as Stelios, Bolton Wanderers' popular midfielder enjoyed a successful debut season in the Premiership. He arrived at the Reebok Stadium in 2003 after claiming seven successive league titles with Olympiakos.
Experienced in the Champions League, he won the Greek player of the year award for the 2002-2003 season.
He scored a superb goal in Greece's famous away win against Spain in the qualifying stages for Euro 2004.
