| Tuesday, 11 February, 2003, 23:03 GMT Cheltenham 3-1 Tranmere A stunning 30-yard strike from teenager Marvin Brown set Cheltenham on their way to a first league win since November. The 19-year-old, on loan from Division Two rivals Bristol City, powered a shot into the top corner of Tranmere keeper John Achterberg's goal after eight minutes. Ian Sharps pulled Rovers level five minutes into the second half, tapping the ball home from close range after a mistake by home goalkeeper Steve Book. But Cheltenham secured their first league win for manager Bobby Gould with two goals in a minute. Tony Naylor restored the lead when he nodded home a Martin Devaney cross for his first goal in four months. And Devaney wrapped up the points with a glorious solo strike after tearing through the Tranmere defence. Late pressure from the visitors failed to yield another goal as Cheltenham secured the three points which lifts them off the foot of the table.
