Plymouth 4-1 Stockport

Plymouth ended a run of seven home games without a win by storming to a 4-1 victory against 10-man Stockport.

County defender Jim Goodwin scored the first of his two own-goals early on.

And although home skipper Paul Wotton turned Luke Beckett's cross-shot into his own net to equalise, Marino Keith converted Wotton's corner at the far post to set Argyle on the way to victory.

Visiting captain Dave Challinor was sent off for handball midway through the first half as Keith and striker partner Micky Evans raced on to a through ball.

Keith then chipped onto the bar, before Steve Adams headed in Lee Hodges' corner with half-time beckoning.

And a bad day for Goodwin got worse when the ball ricocheted off him and into the net after Ali Gibb blocked David Norris' shot.

Plymouth: Larrieu, Worrell, Coughlan, Wotton, Hodges, Norris, Adams, Friio, Stonebridge, Evans, Keith.
Subs: McCormick, Beresford, Lowndes, Lopes, Barras.

Stockport: Blayney, Goodwin, Challinor, Hardiker, Tonkin, McLachlan, Fradin, Gibb, Daly, Beckett, Burgess.
Subs: Jones, Lescott, Ross, Briggs, Wild.

Referee: M Warren (W Midlands)
