Bradford 0-5 Sheff Utd

Sheffield United's new strike partnership of Steve Kabba and Dean Windass both got on the scoresheet in the Blades' Yorkshire derby rout of 10-man Bradford.

The Bantams' fifth consecutive Division One defeat saw them plummet further into the relegation mire.

Paul Groves's side have also leaked 16 goals in the last four games.

Kabba, bought for 250,000 from Crystal Palace last week, raced in unmarked on his United debut to knock a Windass cross past the on-loan goalkeeper Boaz Myhill after 14 minutes.

On-loan Windass soon made it two when he struck home from just inside the penalty area five minutes from the break after Kabba had repaid the veteran's earlier assist.

Neil Warnock's side piled more misery on City by knocking three more past Myhill after former Blade Uhlenbeek was red-carded for a bad foul after 56 minutes.

Just three minutes later the visitors' central defender Shaun Murphy headed the third from Michael Brown's cross to kill off the game.

Brown then stepped up to convert an 80th-minute penalty after Andy Myers had brought down Tonge to make it four.

And substitute Carl Asaba completed the thrashing when shooting home from John Paul McGovern's cross two minutes from time.

Bradford: Myhill, Uhlenbeek, Standing, Bower, Emanuel, Gray, Evans, Francis, Singh, Juanjo, Facey.
Subs: Davison, Jacobs, Myers, Jorgensen, Reid.

Sheff Utd: Kenny, Jagielka, Murphy, Page, Harley, Ndlovu, Brown, McCall, Tonge, Windass, Kabba.
Subs: Allison, Asaba, McGovern, Javary, Kozluk.

Referee: D Pugh (Merseyside)
