Mikel Suarez has agreed to re-sign for Boston United, five months after leaving the Blue Square Bet North club.
The Spanish striker scored 12 goals in 57 games for the Pilgrims before his release in January 2011 by then-bosses Rob Scott and Paul Hurst.
Suarez then joined Worksop Town but will return to Boston under joint-managers Lee Canoville and Jason Lee.
Canoville said: "We know what qualities Mikel possesses and we are pleased that he has agreed to come back on board."
He added: "Hopefully Mikel can get a full pre-season behind him and be in peak condition when the season starts in August."
