Weymouth boss Martyn Rogers unfazed by fans' meeting
Rogers was appointed as Terras boss by Rolls in January 2010
Weymouth boss Martyn Rogers says he is not concerned with the fans' general meeting that is taking place after his side's match with Didcot on Thursday.
Terras chairman George Rolls is holding a meeting at the Bob Lucas Stadium after the game to let fans decide whether he should stay at the club.
"George brought me here and I'm happy to continue working with him," Rogers told BBC Radio Solent.
"Tomorrow is about the football, at the end of the day that's my only concern."
The Terras boss added: "My job is as a manager of this football club, so I'm only concerned with what happens out on the pitch. Tomorrow there's three points at stake and we just want the win."
My only concern since I got here has been about getting Weymouth out of the relegation zone, and staying in this league next year, that's my remit for the season and I need to make sure I do that
The Terras are currently one place above the Zamaretto Premier Division relegation zone, having won three of their last four league games.
"My concern since I got here has been about getting Weymouth out of the relegation zone, and staying in this league next year, that's my remit for the season and I need to make sure I do that," said Rogers.
"We've managed to make a start doing that, we've got a tough run in but this side is capable of beating anyone in the league, we just need to carry on that good work and get out of the relegation zone."
