Woking manager Graham Baker says he is looking for more consistent performances after drawing their last four Blue Square Bet South games.
The Cards were held 2-2 by Dartford on Saturday, and now lie seven points off the play-off places.
He told BBC Surrey: "My players are not putting two consistent halves together.
"I'm looking at them and wondering why we can't get through 90 minutes. We're having plenty of rest. It's not a fitness thing, it's a mental thing."
He added: "The players are not working towards the instructions being given.

"They know who they are and what to do. When they are doing their own thing it's a question of how I deal with that.
"We need to improve on how to hold a lead, and how to kill teams off. That is within this group of players but there's a stumbling block somewhere."
