Woking manager Graham Baker wants consistency

Woking manager Graham Baker says he is looking for more consistent performances after drawing their last four Blue Square Bet South games.

The Cards were held 2-2 by Dartford on Saturday, and now lie seven points off the play-off places.

He told BBC Surrey: "My players are not putting two consistent halves together.

"I'm looking at them and wondering why we can't get through 90 minutes. We're having plenty of rest. It's not a fitness thing, it's a mental thing."

He added: "The players are not working towards the instructions being given.

"They know who they are and what to do. When they are doing their own thing it's a question of how I deal with that.

"We need to improve on how to hold a lead, and how to kill teams off. That is within this group of players but there's a stumbling block somewhere."
