Cann won bronze in Delhi exactly four years after losing the bronze play-off

Jersey's Elizabeth Cann failed to add the Scottish Open to her list of titles after going down 25-23 21-12 to Russia's Tatyana Biblik in the final.

The top seed had led Biblik (3) 20-18 in the first game, but couldn't press home her advantage.

Earlier, Cann had reached the final without losing a single game, including a semi-final win over Cee Nantana Ketpura (USA), formerly of Thailand.

Cann won her first Commonwealth Games medal in Delhi in October.
