Gallagher's men beat Newmarket in the Suffolk Premier Cup in mid-week
Lowestoft Town joint-manager Ady Gallagher says he has no concerns about his side losing ground in the race for promotion from the Ryman Premier.
Successful cup runs mean the Blues have played fewer games than their rivals.
Gallagher told BBC Radio Suffolk: "It comes with the territory, if you want to be a successful side you end up playing lots of games.
"We don't want to get adrift with too many games, but no team's going to go the rest of the season unbeaten."
Town sit third in the table and, after reaching the final qualifying round of the FA Cup, are seven points adrift of leaders Sutton with two games in hand and still remain in the FA Trophy and Suffolk Premier Cup.
"You want to be top, but it's being top in May that's important," Gallagher added.
It's nice to be at home but I think they'll come with a lot more confidence than they had when we played at their place

"Our main priority is the league, we want to finish as high as we can.
"If we can follow the pattern we have we'll be thrilled to bits.
"But the reality is it's going to be a tough season, it's our first season at this level and every game's a tough one."
Wealdstone are the visitor's to Crown Meadow this weekend and Lowestoft were 2-0 winners when the sides met in October.
"They were on a poor run when we played them at their place, but they've improved since then," Gallagher said.
"It's nice to be at home but I think they'll come with a lot more confidence than what hey had when we played at their place."
Striker Joe Francis and midfielder Matthew Halliday are both unavailable for the clash while Lee McGlone and Andrew Fisk are suspended.
