Mansfield Town defender Tom Naylor has joined Blue Square Bet North side Alfreton Town on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old has made one start for the Stags this season, as a replacement for captain Steve Foster in their 1-1 draw at Gateshead.
Naylor told the club website: "I am in need of match minutes and this move will enable me to get some games under my belt.
"I am pleased to be joining a team who are doing so well this season."
Stags manager David Holdsworth said the youngster's progression has been "fantastic" over the past two seasons.
"He is now better equipped to deal with the different elements of football. This loan move will be of a good benefit to him," he said.
Nicky Law's Alfreton are currently one point clear at the top of the Blue Square Bet North with a game in hand over second-placed Boston United.
