Nine-man Buxton knock AFC Telford out of the FA Cup
Sinton's side were knocked out of the FA Cup on penalties
Nine-man Buxton shocked AFC Telford United as they won their FA Cup third qualifying round replay on penalties, despite having two players sent off.
The Evo-Stik League side looked to be going out in extra time, but Kamahl White's last-minute goal made it 2-2.
The Derbyshire side then held their nerve in the shootout to win 5-4.
Telford's James Lawrie was the only man to miss from the spot, booking Buxton a fourth qualifying round trip to Fleetwood on Saturday week.
Ironically, there had also been three penalties during the game itself, both sides Buxton missing one after Telford had scored their opener from the spot.
"This was my greatest night in over 30 years of football," Buxton boss John Reed, the former Bridlington Town, Goole, Harrogate Town and Stalybridge Celtic manager, told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"It's my most frustrating night," said Telford manager Andy Sinton, after suffering his first defeat as Bucks manager. "But, if you defend like that you get punished."
Buxton shocked Telford after just three minutes at the Bucks Head, Kieran Lugsden heading in from a corner.
Phil Trainer then hit the bar for Telford before Buxton lost their first man on the half hour when Gregg Anderson was sent off for bringing down Adam Proudlock.
Alex Meechan equalised from the spot before Buxton won a penalty of their own right on half time.
But Mark Reed, who had won the penalty himself, being fouled by Carl Rodgers, hit the bar from the spot.
Telford then wasted chances in the second half before Buxton had another man dismissed late on when Tommy Agus was shown a second yellow card.
Against nine, Telford should have sewn it up in extra time.
Proudlock put the Bucks ahead with his first goal for the club, visiting keeper Scott Hartley made two fine saves and then Andy Brown missed another penalty.
But, right at the death, with Buxton throwing everyone forward, including keeper Bartley, White forced the ball home in a crowded penalty area to equalise.
