Shrewsbury's Graham Turner urges Steve Leslie belief
Leslie made his Shrewsbury debut against Rushden in 2006
Shrewsbury winger Steve Leslie has been urged by his manager Graham Turner to believe more in his own ability.
The 22-year-old, who scored six goals last season, has been at Shrewsbury for four years and is now playing under his third manager at the club.
Turner told BBC Radio Shropshire: "I think he lacks confidence and we need to help him get it back.
"There's a lot more to come from him, he's got the ingredients to be a very good player."
Leslie has started only four league games this season and made four substitute appearances.
We need to help him regain confidence, he's got lovely vision and sees great passes

The former youth-team player made his first-team debut in 2006/07 - a solitary appearance against Rushden.
The following campaign saw him play seven times, including his first senior goal for Shrewsbury against Lincoln.
He played a further 54 times over the next two seasons, although he missed the side's play-off final at Wembley last May through a late-season suspension.
Turner added: "We need to help him regain confidence, he's got lovely vision and sees great passes."
