Law led Alfreton to the Blue Square North play-off final last season

Alfreton Town striker Liam Hearn and defender Chris Shaw have both signed new contracts at The Impact Arena.

Hearn had already agreed a one-year deal but has now agreed to stay until 2012 while Shaw has signed for a year.

Manager Nicky Law told the club's website: "These are more very good decisions by the players to stay with a progressive club.

"I'm very comfortable with where we are at this stage. I have signed everyone from last season's squad I wanted to."

Meanwhile 26-year-old midfielder Kris Bowler has been released.
