Spriggs was part of the Wroxham side who made the FA Vase final in 2010
King's Lynn have captured the signing of winger Steve Spriggs from Wroxham, despite the youngster receiving offers from teams in higher divisions.
The 21-year-old is their ninth signing of the summer.
Joint-manager Kevin Boon told BBC Radio Norfolk: "He is a terrific addition to our squad - an out-and-out winger with tremendous talent.
"We're lucky to get Steve as there were numerous clubs after him this year after his trip to Wembley."
Spriggs scored 19 goals for Wroxham last season in a year that saw the Norfolk side make the final of the FA Vase.
"From the moment we started talking to him it was always in his heart to play here," said Boon.
"He did play 10 first-team games here in the past so I think he always wanted to come back."
The Walks stadium has had a number of improvements over the summer to bring it up to a Conference standard and Boon says that the facilities are attracting players to the club.
"The football pitch itself is like Wembley at the moment - it's in such tremendous condition - when you try and sell it to a player it does help."
