Truro City chairman Kevin Heaney has announced that all bar one of the first-team squad will remain at the club next term.
The only departure has been striker Marvin Brown, whose contract ended at the end of last season.
Veteran midfielder Lee Hodges is expected to be unveiled as the club's new boss in the coming weeks.
Hodges took over as caretaker manager at Treyew Road following the departure of Steve Thompson in March.
Truro ended last season 11th in the Southern Premier League, 10 points adrift of the play-off places.
