Heavy rain meant there was no play on the second day of Devon's Minor Counties Championship match against Cornwall in Torquay on Monday. Cornwall start the final day of the game on 98-2, in reply to Devon's first innings total of 305. Dan Davis and Kelvin Snell are the not out batsmen for the visitors as they attempt to reduce the 207-run deficit. Cornwall missed out on winning the Minor Counties Championship in 2009 when their last game was lost to rain.
