Bath City clinch place in Blue Square South play-offs
Bath City endured a nervous 90 minutes against St Albans City before a 0-0 draw clinched them a place in the Blue Square South play-offs.
A 1,000-plus crowd at Twerton Park watched on as City sealed a semi-final draw against Chelmsford.
Manager Adie Britton told BBC Radio Bristol: "It was very fraught and tense but we had a game plan and stuck to it.
"Now we have to sit down, plan out the next couple of weeks and see if we can go one better."
He added: "I just hope the three or four thousand people who came to see us in the second round of the FA Cup against Forest Green will turn up at Twerton.
"It would be a fantastic achievement to get into the Conference Premier."
Bath face Jeff King's side at home on Tuesday, with the return match taking place at the Melbourne Stadium on Saturday.
