Chairman George Rolls took over struggling Weymouth in November
Weymouth have reappointed former manager Ian Hutchinson and assistant Andy Mason on two-year deals, three months after they were sacked.
Hutchinson left for "non-footballing reasons" after guiding them to their best results for a year but successor Jerry Gill quit after 44 days.
Terras chairman George Rolls confirmed they were approached after discussions with the Supporters Association.
He told the club website: "It shows the club is prepared to work with fans."
Last month the club, which has debts of around £900,000, secured its immediate future by entering into an official agreement with creditors.
Under the terms of the Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA) just over 80% of creditors agreed to accept 9% of the monies owed to them over a five-year period, meaning the club will only repay close to £80,000.
Andy Harris had been acting as caretaker boss as Weymouth were relegated from the Blue Square South - their second relegation in a row.
