Owner George Rolls admits sacking Hutchinson was a mistake

Blue Square South strugglers Weymouth could reappoint Ian Hutchinson as manager two months after sacking him.

Owner George Rolls axed Hutchinson in January just two weeks after agreeing a new deal, and his successor Jerry Gill resigned on Thursday after 44 days.

"I never realised how much feeling for Ian there was. I'll hold my hands up and say I got that one wrong," Rolls told BBC Radio Solent.

"I'll be meeting with Ian next Wednesday to discuss things further."
