Wroxham hoping for a bumper FA Vase semi-final crowd
Diss Town are the only Norfolk club to have won the FA Vase
The biggest match in the club's history could see a crowd of 1,500 packing Wroxham's Trafford Park for their FA Vase semi-final second leg on Saturday.
Tickets have been selling fast after the team secured a 2-0 first leg lead against Sussex side Whitehawk.
Wroxham FC treasurer Kenny Cook told BBC Radio Norfolk they are expecting support from fellow Norfolk teams.
"Some local clubs are playing on Friday so they can come to Trafford Park and support us," he said.
The Yachtsmen have not previously gone beyond the quarter-final of the FA Vase, making Saturday's semi-final the biggest match in the club's history.
As fans snap up tickets, Mr Cook said there is a lot of extra work for club officials to carry out before the match.
"We're going to have a couple of marquees made up for the burger bar so we can sell teas in one and burgers and hot dogs in another. We're putting another marquee up for the invited guests," he said.
BBC Radio Norfolk will have full live coverage of the FA Vase semi-final on Saturday 3 April from 2pm.
