Yachtsmen strong favourites to reach FA Vase Final
Paul Cook's goal put Wroxham on their way to victory over Whitehawk
Wroxham Football Club are within touching distance of Wembley after winning the first leg of their FA Vase semi-final.
Goals from Paul Cook and Andy Eastaugh secured a 2-0 win away at Whitehawk.
But Wroxham manager David Batch told BBC Radio Norfolk his players must not start thinking about running out at the national stadium.
"We're keeping our feet on the ground because we realise that next week will be a difficult game," he said.
Paul Cook broke the deadlock for Wroxham just after the start of the second half with a close range header before Andy Eastaugh doubled the lead 15 minutes later.
Manager David Batch said Cook was unlucky not to score more goals.
"I felt sorry for Cooky. Even though he scored the first goal, he was really unfortunate not to get a second when we were 2-0 up.
"So it could have been even better but if you had said to me at the start we'll get a two goal advantage, I'd have taken that.
"They're not going to go celebrating, they're not going to go drinking a beer on the bus because at half time, you wouldn't have a couple of beers to say well done so you don't do it now," he said.
The second leg of the FA Vase semi-final will be played at Wroxham's home ground of Trafford Park on Saturday 3 April.
Wroxham are hoping to become the first Norfolk team to win the FA Vase since Diss Town lifted the trophy 16 years ago.
